Cheesemaking class.

Cheesemaking class.
Join us in the rolling hills of Franklin County for a wonderful day of cheesemaking.
We offer the option to milk goats that provide the milk for the classes on 7/23/25. Please pick the corresponding cheese class with the same date option.
The forage class will take place from 10-4 pm on 7/23/25 , the chevre can be ready to take home with you by the end of the day.
If you choose to milk the goats, come at 7:30 for an unforgettable experience!
While we wait for the milk to turn into cheese magically, we will forage on the property for herbs to add to the fresh and delicious cheese.
Make sure to bring a good pair of walking shoes, your favorite bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
Don’t forget to bring lunch or snacks and drinks to share.
The best part of the class is the cheese tasting of some of the cheese that Rosalie has already made. Take a journey with cheeses made from goat milk: anything from Brie to Camembert and possibly some Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
The setting is a gorgeous holler in the rolling hills of Franklin County, where friendly goats will ask for a treat, chicken, geese, and ducks run around the entire time.
