This is a comprehensive class that will teach you how to make one simple ( Chevre) .

We will discuss how to make yogurt.

This is a hands-on class with a lot of waiting times in between. Please bring a story to share, a knitting/crochet project, or take a hike in the winter woods around the property.

Best of all, you will get to sample several different styles of chevre cheeses, yogurt (2 styles) and so much more. And you will get to take home some cheese to enjoy.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes to cook in. Warm clothes. Hiking boots if you want to go hiking.

Time: Call to schedule a day that works for both of us. These are personalized classes. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurday are the best time. Currently, the only weekend available is 11/16. Hours will be 10-4 pm.

Minimum participant: 1 , and Maximum is 10 people.
